300 INSURGENTS KILLED IN AIRSTRIKE — AIR FORCE CHIEF

Chief of Air Staff, Air Marshal Sadique Abubakar and Borno State Governor Kashim Shettima after commissioning a borehole built by the Air force in Bama IDPs camp yesterday.

The Chief of Air Staff, Air Marshal Sadiq Abubakar said at least 300 insurgents had been killed in air strikes in recent operations in Borno state.He disclosed this after commissioning borehole and 30 bedrooms Emergency Hospital build by the Air Force to check health challenges in Bama Internally Displaced Persons’ (IDPs) Camp.
The CAS said “We have intensified our airstrikes in recent weeks especially on the 19th of August; we strike the terrorist en mass. I am happy about our last night operations, at least 300 of terrorist were killed in that operations, they can never wake to fight us again.”
In remarks, Gov. Kashim Shettima thanked the Nigeria Air

Force for deeming it fit to build hospital for the IDPs at the 

time they needed it the most.
