Sheikh visits bomb victimsA bomb which went off on Friday, November 27, left scores of shia Muslims dead, the victims were among a procession at Dakasoye village, outskirt of Kura.
The terrorist attack left several people injured, most being Shiite mourners who are still recuperation on various hospital beds.
ABNA reports that now, 43 of the wounded people are receiving treatment at Sir Sanusi Hospital Nasarawa and Amina Kano Teaching Hospital all in Kano.
During this time, some of Islamic Movement’s top figure have visited victims in hospital to inquire about their health conditions.
Sheikh Muhammad Turi, a leader of the Islamic movement, visited the victims on Friday, December 4.
Turi conveyed the message of the leader of the Islamic movement in Nigeria, Sheikh Ibraheem Zakzaky, to the injured.
According to the website of the Islamic movement, Sheikh Turi also prayed for the quick recovery of the victims.
Reports on the victims reveal that among those still receiving treatment is a person who has lost one eye.
The one-eyed victim reportedly got injured as he tried to prevent the bomber from joining the procession.
